Instant ShePlay was born from a bold vision: to create a space where girls could not only play flag football—but thrive in it. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland areas, we’re proud to be part of a movement that’s rewriting history. With women’s flag football officially recognized as an Olympic sport and universities across the country launching scholarship programs and collegiate teams, the moment is now—and we’re here to make sure girls in our communities don’t get left behind.
Our founders, with over 25 years of combined experience in coaching and competing at the national level, saw a gap in access to quality training for young girls. Instant ShePlay is here to fill that gap. We provide educational programming and partner with community organizations providing top-tier coaching, position-specific skill development, and a 5:1 player-to-coach ratio—ensuring every athlete gets the attention they deserve. At Instant ShePlay, we combine education and action. From in-depth flag football rule reviews to live scrimmages, precise catching techniques, leadership development, and personalized player highlight reels, our programs are designed to build confident athletes and even stronger individuals.
Every girl who steps onto our field gets more than just a free shirt—they gain a team, a community, and the tools to succeed both in sports and in life. With guidance from national flag football coaches and players, our clinics and camps offer a supportive, high-energy environment where girls ages 8–16 sharpen their skills, strengthen their voices, and rise as leaders. Our Mission
At Instant ShePlay (ISP), our mission is to empower girls ages 8–16 to become confident, strong, and fearless leaders through the game of flag football. Our dynamic, high-energy camps and clinics create a safe, supportive space where young athletes sharpen their skills, build teamwork, and grow—both on and off the field. We’re not just training players; we’re breaking barriers, building bold futures, and inspiring the next generation of game-changers.
To support our mission, we offer a full calendar of events across Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area, giving girls regular opportunities to train, compete, and connect. Our athletes can track their progress through personalized highlight reels—perfect for sharing with friends, family, or even college recruiters as flag football scholarship programs continue to grow. Our online store features exclusive merch and essential gear to keep every player safe, confident, and game-ready. As the sport of girls’ flag football gains worldwide recognition—including its debut on the Olympic stage—we’re proud to keep our community informed through regular updates and news from the fast-growing world of women’s flag football.
